A Specialty Floors deserves 10 STARS for outstanding customer service from start to finish. I'm a Realtor and Designer who works with clients to get their homes ready to go on the market or helps them remodel after they buy them. Trevor, Kelly and the Team were amazing! They replaced a vinyl floor that had asbestos. From the measurement to installation, they were flawless. I will be using them for all my future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Trevor , Kelly and their team did an amazing job reflooring 95% of my house in under 2 weeks. From first contact to the final walkthrough, this company was outstanding. My project was to refloor all 3 levels of my home – 2 with new engineered hardwood and 1 with wool carpet, nearly 3000 sq ft in all. They were very prompt getting back to me after my initial query and provided a very reasonable and comprehensive estimate. Their communication – whether my phone, e-mail or in-person – was fantastic. Kelly expertly and kindly guided me through the process. The installers were great. After I moved all of my knickknacks out of the way, they were able to move all of my furniture around so I and my rambunctious canine could live in the house through the nearly 2 week installation process. The flooring looks amazing. I feel like I am living in a brand new house. I cannot recommend the highly enough!

There are not enough superlatives to describe how we feel about the carpeting process done by A Speciality Floors and More. Kelly and Trevor are so accommodating. They made the process easy. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for new flooring. Sean and Ryan laid the floors and carpets. I can not speak highly enough of how wonderful these guys were (And strong) There was a lot of furniture to move and they moved it and put it back right where it belonged. Kudos to that team
